白血病化疗患儿口腔感染应用循证护理模式的预防价值

Prophylactic value of evidence-based nursing in oral infection patients with leukemia chemotherapy

目的:分析白血病化疗患儿口腔感染应用循证护理模式的预防价值。方法:选取白血病化疗患儿200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取循证护理模式。比较两组口腔感染发生率及满意度情况。结果:观察组口腔感染发生率为13.0%,明显低于对照组的42.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度98.0%,显著高于对照组的78.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对白血病化疗患儿实施循证护理可显著减少口腔感染率,提升其护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the preventive value of evidence-based nursing for oral infections in patients with leukemia chemotherapy. Method 200 cases of leukemia chemotherapy were selected and randomly divided into two groups,100 cases in each group. The control group received routine care,the observation group received evidence-based care model based on the control group. The incidence and satisfaction of oral infection in both groups were compared. Results The incidence of oral infection in the observation group was 13. 0%,which was significantly lower than 42. 0% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The nursing satisfaction in the observation group（ 98. 0%） was significantly higher than 78. 0% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing for children with leukemia chemotherapy can significantly reduce the oral infection rate and improve their nursing satisfaction,which is worth popularizing and applying.
