复杂铝合金零件镀银质量控制

摘要 本文分析了铝合金型腔零件镀银后易出现局部无镀层、镀银层结合力差、盲孔与型腔根部容易起皮和起泡等质量问题,考察了对零件的改进措施,为铝合金复杂零件镀银提供了一定的经验,其镀银一次合格率达95%。 In this paper,the quality problems of sliver plating for aluminum alloy cavity parts,such as the local no coating,the poor blinding force of the sliver coating,the easy peeling and foaming at the root of the blind hold and the cavity,were analyzed and tested. And the measures for the parts were also investigated which would provide valuable experience in sliver plating for complex parts of aluminum al-loy. The once qualified rate of sliver plating for complex parts of aluminum all could reach 95%.
