摘要
本文采用数值模拟法对端部法兰电镀过程中工件表面电场强度的变化情况进行了仿真分析,预测了镀层厚度的变化趋势,对其变化原因进行了探讨,并通过采用一些辅助措施改进了电镀模型,使镀层厚度的均匀性显著提高。经实际生产验证发现,采用象形阳极可以有效提高镀层的均匀性,较好满足产品的质量要求。
In this paper,the change of electric field intensity in flange electrodeposition was simulated by numerical simulation method,and the variation trend of coating thickness was predicted,as well as the reasons for the change was discussed. On this basis,some means were used to optimize the electrode-position model in order to increase the uniformity of the coating. According to the practical production re-sults,the uniformity of the coating could be increased by using hieroglyphic anode,and the coating could meet the product requirements exactly.
