摘要
利用超声辅助作用在17-4PH不锈钢螺母表面涂覆MoS_2涂层,并与传统工艺比较,研究超声辅助涂覆对涂层形貌、厚度、耐蚀性和产品锁紧性能的影响。结果表明,采用超声浸涂可使MoS_2涂层更致密、厚度更均匀,且收口螺母经过196 h酸性盐雾试验,表面无锈蚀出现。采用超声涂覆的螺母经过1500次锁紧试验后,最大拧入力矩和最小拧出力矩扔满足产品使用要求。
MoS2 coating was prepared on the surface of 17-4PH stainless steel nuts with assistance of ul-trasonic. The effects of ultrasonic assisted method on morphology,thickness,corrosion resistance and locking performance of the coating were researched comparing with conventional method. The results showed that the surface of MoS2 film prepared by ultrasonic assisted method became finer and closer,and the surface of the as prepared necking nuts was free of rust after acid salt spray test by intermittent spraying for 196 hours. The max screwing torque and the minimum unscrewing toque of the nuts were sat-isfied with the actual use requirement after the locking performance test of 1500 times.
