战术战伤救治战术区域救护阶段通气模块教学的构建与实践 被引量:10

摘要 目的开展战术战伤救治(tactical combat casualty care,TCCC)战术区域救护阶段通气模块教学,为军医大学演习学员更好掌握通气技术提供参考。方法 2017年5月对参加"联卫-2017"演习的军医大学应届毕业学员进行TCCC战术区域救护阶段通气模块教学,对教学考核结果进行分析,并对学员进行访谈,了解其对TCCC战术区域救护阶段通气模块教学的看法。结果 425名学员参加TCCC战术区域救护阶段通气模块考核,333名学员(78.4%)考核结果为优秀,78名学员(18.4%)出现不同程度的操作步骤错误,有3名学员(0.7%)伤情判断出现错误,采取了错误的通气技术,延误伤员病情,考核结果为不合格。访谈结果显示,学员认可TCCC战术区域救护阶段通气模块教学,认为有助于其掌握通气技术。结论 TCCC战术区域救护阶段通气模块教学设计较为合理,能够有效促进演习学员对战术区域救护阶段通气技术的掌握。 Objective To conduct the teaching ventilation module in tactical field care of tactical combat casualty care(TCCC),and to provide references for students in military medical universities to acquire ventilation technique better.Methods Undergraduate students took part in military exercises"United guard2017"in May 2017 were selected to receive ventilation education in tactical field care of TCCC.Results of ventilation technique assessment were analyzed and qualitative interviews about students' attitudes towards the ventilation education were conducted.Results Total 425 undergraduate students attended the ventilation technique assessment.There were 333 students(78.4%)got excellent results,78 students(18.4%)made different mistakes in the procedures of ventilation technique,only 3 students(0.7%)failed due to assessing injuries wrongly and therefore chose the inappropriate ventilation technique.Interviews showed that students were satisfied with the ventilation education in tactical field care of TCCC.Conclusions The design of ventilation education in tactical field care of TCCC is reasonable,and it effectively promotes students taking part in military exercises to acquire ventilation technique.
