摘要
大学生是国家和社会发展的重要基石，而当下大学生教育却普遍存在大众化、无特色发展等问题。为了满足21世纪国家人才发展的需求，本文主要对“有创意缺乏技能”“有技能缺乏创意”这两类大学生进行分析，综合考虑“创新创意分享”“合作共赢”两个方面，对平台开发背景、平台功能需求、技术方案等进行阐述。
College students are an important cornerstone of national and social development, while the current univer- sity students education are generally popular and uncharacteristic. In order to meet the needs of national talent devel- opment in twenty-first Century, this paper mainly analyzed the two types of college students ＂creative lack of skills＂ and ＂skills lack creativity＂, and gave a comprehensive consideration of the two aspects of ＂creative and creative shar- ing＂ ＂cooperation and win-win＂, and expounded the platfoml development background, platfoml power demand, tech- nology scheme and so on.
