骨折三期用药的再探讨

对骨折后服用中药,在骨伤科应用普遍,经骨伤科工作者长期探索,总结出骨折三期用药,早期应用活血化瘀、消肿止痛之剂;中期应用接骨续筋之剂;舌期应用强筋壮骨、补肝肾之剂。这一治疗原则对临床工作者有一定指导意义,但在应用过程中还得从患者的年龄、体质、临床症状等多方面的因素加以辨证论治。
