摘要 对于新能源汽车的系统软件开发而言,提高系统软件的可靠性、可移植性和开发效率是其目标,分层次、模块化的开发流程是其发展趋势。本文中以汽车开放系统架构AUTOSAR标准为基础,对电动汽车驱动电机控制系统进行模块划分和软件分层,不同模块和软件层之间独立开发、互不耦合。再以英飞凌TC275单片机为控制平台,对永磁同步电机进行实验测试。结果表明,该控制软件可实现正常的电机控制功能,且具有良好的转速、转矩响应特性,从而验证了本文中所提出的电机控制软件架构开发流程的有效性和可行性。 For the development of new energy vehicle software system,its objective is to enhance the reliability,transplantability and development efficiency of system software,and its trend is a hierarchical and modular development procedure. In this paper,based on AUTOSAR standard,the control system of electric vehicle traction motor is divided into different modules and software layers,and they are developed independently without coupling.Then with Infineon TC275 microprocessor as control platform,a measurement test is conducted on permanent-magnet synchronous motor. The results show that the control software can realize the normal control functions of motor with good speed and torque response characteristics,verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of the development procedure for motor control software architecture.
