摘要 为了监测石油化工行业机泵群状态是否运行正常,如机体设备温度过高,螺丝松动,振动超标,轴承烧损及机封泄漏突喷等一系列状态及故障,对大型石油化工机泵群设备故障监测及定位的关键技术展开了深入的研究,包括无线传感网络技术、网络拓扑与无线路由协议以及节点定位技术。基于无线传感网络自组网的特点,设计了一种机泵群设备故障监测及定位系统,同时提出了一种基于Bounding Box与泰勒级数展开的协同定位算法,实现了对机泵群状态突发预警事件的迅速定位。经实验表明,该定位算法收敛性好,定位精度高,能够针对机泵群状态突发预警事件进行精确定位。 In order to monitor the state of pump group whether normal operation in petrochemical industry, such as equipment over-temperature, screw loosed, over-standard vibration, bearing burnt or seal leakage and a series of state and fault,it launches in-depth research on the key technologies for fault monitoring and positioning in large-scale petrochemical industry, including Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)technology, network topology and routing protocol, and node location technology. Based on the characteristics of ad-hoc wireless sensor network, it designs a fault monitoring and positioning system for pump group of equipment, and proposes a collaborative localization algorithm based on Bounding Box and Taylor series expansion, which achieves rapid positioning for sudden event of pump group. Experimental results show that the algorithm with good convergence property and precision orientation can be able to make precise positioning for sudden event of pump group.
