流程再造在急性缺血性脑卒中救治体系中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 急性缺血性脑卒中(Acute Ischemic Stroke,AIS)是一种发病急、病情严重的急危重症疾病,是最常见的卒中类型,约占全部脑卒中的60%~80%,具有高发病率、高死亡率和高致残率的特点,其救治有着严格的时间窗。急性缺血性脑卒中患者发病后得到积极、有效、规范的救治是达到良好预后的关键,因而建立急性缺血性脑卒中的急救治疗规范、完善AIS的急救救治体系是医院管理人员亟待解决的问题。我院自2013年成立嘉定区卒中中心以来,形成了具备区域特色的AIS患者救治体系,在运作过程中,不断借鉴国内外先进经验,通过摸索逐步优化救治流程,2017年初运用流程再造(Business Process Redesign,BPR)管理方法对急性缺血性脑卒中救治体系进行进一步完善,流程再造模式的应用有效地整合了区域医疗资源,在区域急救中心(120)的通力合作下,AIS救治成功病例数得到了大幅增加,DTN时间也得到了有效的缩短,提高了AIS患者的抢救质量。 Acute Ischemic Stroke(AIS) is a kind of disease which is acute and severe with the characteristics of high morbidity, high mortality rate and high disability rate. It is the most common type of stroke, accounting for about 60% to 80% of all strokes. The time window should be strictly followed in the treatment of AIS. Patients with AIS treated actively, effectively and regularly is the key to get eusemia. Therefore, it is an urgent problem for hospital administrators to establish the emergency treatment standard and to improve the emergency treatment system of AIS. Jiading Central Hospital has set up Jiading District AIS Central since 2013, based on the successful experience of domestic and abroad, we optimize the treatment process gradually, in early 2017, Business Process Redesign(BPR) was applied to further improve the treatment system of AIS. The application of BPR effectively integrates regional medical resources, with the cooperation of emergency centers(120), the number of AIS cases has increased substantially, the DTN time has also been effectively shortened, the rescue quality of AIS patients has been improved.
