腹腔镜胃癌根治术与开腹手术的临床效果对比

Clinical Effect Comparison Between Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy and Laparotomy

目的研究分析胃癌患者接受腹腔镜根治术和开腹手术的临床效果,对两种手术进行比较。方法选取我院接收的胃癌患者80例进行研究分析,将患者分成观察组和对照组,两组均有40例,对照组使用开腹根治术,观察组使用腹腔镜根治术,比较两组手术情况。结果观察组患者平均手术时间是(194.8±50.8)min,对照组是(208.4±54.7)min,两组结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者平均出血量是(120.68±43.34)ml,对照组是(189.06±63.04)ml,两组结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的并发症发生率是12.5%,对照组是27.5%,两组结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者接受腹腔镜根治术和开腹根治术的临床效果相似,但是腹腔镜手术的安全性更高。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection and laparotomy for gastric cancer, and to compare the two operations. Methods 80 cases of gastric cancer patients were studied and analyzed. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laparotomy, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic radical operation, and the operation of the two groups was compared. Results The mean operation time was（194.8±50.8） min in the observation group and（208.4±54.7） min in the control group. There was statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The average blood loss in the observation group was（120.68±43.34） ml, the control group was（189.06±63.04） ml, and there was statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The complication rate in the observation group was 12.5%, which was 27.5% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection and laparotomy is similar, but the safety of laparoscopy is higher.
