维生素C+磷酸肌酸钠对小儿肺炎后心肌损害患儿的临床效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析小儿肺炎后心肌损害患儿应用维生素C联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗对其CK-MB、LDH-1、HBDB的影响。方法选择我院2016年8月—2018年1月诊治的96例小儿肺炎后心肌损害患儿,随机分成对照组(48例)与研究组(48例)。对照组使用磷酸肌酸钠治疗,研究组使用维生素C结合磷酸肌酸钠治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后LDH-1(140.21±22.13)U/L、CK-MB(18.83±5.32)U/L、HBDB(220.31±33.24)U/L,均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组SV(15.47±1.68)ml、CO(1.64±0.18)L/min,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎后心肌损害患儿给予维生素C+磷酸肌酸钠治疗,可有效降低心肌酶水平,改善心功能。 Objective To analyze the effect of vitamin C combined with creatine phosphate sodium on CK-MB, LDH-1 and HBDB in children with myocardial damaga after pneumonia. Methods 96 children with myocardial damaga after pneumonia were randomly divided into control group(n =48) and study group(n =48). The control group was treated with creatine phosphate sodium and the study group was treated with vitamin C combined with creatine phosphate sodium. The effect was compared. Results After treatment, LDH-1 was(140.21±22.13)U/L, CK-MB was(18.83±5.32)U/L, HBDB was(220.31±33.24)U/L in the study group, which were better than the control group(P〈0.05), and SV was(15.47±1.68)ml/L, CO was(1.64±0.18) L/min, which was superior to the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The treatment of vitamin C combined with creatine phosphate sodium in children with myocardial damage after pneumonia can effectively reduce the level of myocardial enzymes and improve cardiac function.
