探究优化小儿夏季常见皮肤病的治疗方法

Explore and Optimize the Treatment of Common Skin Diseases in Children in Summer

目的探究给予小儿夏季常见皮肤病患者以纯天然液体制剂治疗对患者的影响。方法以我院2017年5—9月内收治的94例小儿夏季常见皮肤病患者为研究对象,将之随机分为实验组和对照组,每组47例。给予对照组患者以常规治疗,给予实验组患者以纯天然液体制剂治疗,从治疗有效性、不良反应两个维度出发比较两种治疗方法的优劣。结果实验组患者的两项治疗指标均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在小儿夏季常见皮肤病治疗中,纯天然液体制剂治疗效果较好,患者的治疗有效性提高,不良反应发生率降低。

Objective To investigate the effect of treatment with natural liquid formulations on the treatment of patients with common dermatological diseases in children. Methods The 94 cases of pediatric summer dermatological patients admitted to our hospital from May to September in 2017 were the subjects of study. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 47 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment. The patients in the experimental group were treated with pure natural liquid preparations. The advantages and disadvantages of the two treatment methods were compared from the two dimensions of treatment effectiveness and adverse reactions. Results The two treatment indicators in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of common dermatological diseases in children in summer, pure natural liquid preparations have a good therapeutic effect, and patients＇ therapeutic effectiveness is improved, and the incidence of adverse reactions is reduced.
