酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床观察

Clinical Efficacy of Clostridum Butyricum Capsule in the Treatment of Diarrhea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的评价酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法选择2015年8月—2017年5月我院收治的腹泻型肠易激综合征60例,按照随机数字表法分为2组。其中对照组30例口服匹维溴铵,观察组30例患者酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊联合匹维溴铵治疗。结果治疗后,观察组腹痛/腹部不适、大便次数异常、形状异常、排便异常及粘液便评分均较前下降,观察组各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组痊愈13例、显效14例、有效3例,临床效果优于对照组痊愈4例、显效15例、有效11例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊可改善腹泻型肠易激综合征肠道功能,提供临床效果。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of clostridum butyricum capsule in treating diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 60 cases of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome from August 2015 to May 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. There were 30 patients in control group treated with pinaverium bromide, 30 patients in the observation group treated with clostridum butyricum capsule combined with pinaverium bromide. Results After treatment, the scores of abdominal pain/abdominal discomfort, abnormal stool times, abnormal shape, abnormal bowel movement and mucus stool score in observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. In the observation group, 13 cases were cured, 14 cases were markedly effective and 3 cases were effective. The clinical effect was better than that of the control group, 4 cases were cured, 15 cases were markedly effective and 11 cases were effective, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clostridum butyricum capsule can significantly improve diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome with intestinal function and the clinical effect is obvious.
