中西医结合治疗30例渗出性皮肤病的临床研究

Clinical Study on 30 Cases of Exudative Dermatosis Treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的分析中西医结合治疗渗出性皮肤病的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月—2017年1月我院收治的60例渗出性皮炎患者为研究对象,依照就诊顺序,将其随机平均分为观察组以及对照组,每组30例。对照组使用西医治疗,以此为基础,观察组使用中医治疗,分析结果。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%。对照组总有效率为83.33%。和对照组相比,观察组的复发率更低,P<0.05。结论对于渗出性皮炎患者,以西药治疗为基础,使用中医治疗,能全面降低复发率,减少不良反应,改善疾病转归结局,安全性强,不易复发。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of exudative dermatosis. Methods From January 2016to January 2017, 60patients with exudative dermatitis in our hospital were selected as the research object, according to the medical order, they were divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine, on the basis, the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The effect was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%. The total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%. The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion For patients with exudative dermatitis, on the basis of western medicine treatment, traditional Chinese medicine treatment can reduce therecurrence rate and reverse reactions, improve the disease prognosis, the safety is high and recurrent rate is low.
