阿奇霉素联合康妇消炎栓治疗支原体感染盆腔炎的效果

The Effect of Azithromycin Combined With Kangfu Anti-inflammatory Suppository in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Infection With Pelvic Inflammation

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合康妇消炎栓治疗支原体感染盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的50例支原体感染盆腔炎患者,随机分为两组,对照组接受阿奇霉素治疗,观察组接受康妇消炎栓治疗,观察两组患者临床治疗效果、患者满意度及不良反应等情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,满意度为92.0%,高于对照组的76.0%;不良反应率为12.0%,低于对照组的28.0%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论阿奇霉素联合康妇消炎栓治疗支原体感染盆腔炎疗效显著,能够有效提升临床治疗效果,降低不良反应,提高满意度,具有积极的临床研究价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository in the treatment of mycoplasma infection with pelvic inflammation. Methods 50 cases of mycoplasma infection pelvic inflammatory in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with azithromycin, the observation group was treated with kangfuanti-inflammatory suppository, and the clinical effect, satisfaction rate and adverse reactions of two groups was observed. Results The effective rate and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository is effective in the treatment of mycoplasma infection with pelvic inflammation.
