中药熏蒸结合功能锻炼于腰椎间盘突出症效果

Clinical Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Function Training in Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的探讨中药熏蒸结合功能锻炼于腰椎间盘突出症效果。方法将我院2016年1—10月收治的282例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,分别采取功能锻炼、中药熏蒸联合功能锻炼治疗,比较治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后ODI评分低于对照组,且治疗有效率为97.87%,高于对照组的83.69%(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者采用中药熏蒸结合功能锻炼,可有效提高治疗效果。

Objective To study the clincal value of traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation and function training in protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods Randomly divided 282 cases with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2016 into control group and experimental group, 141 cases in each one, control group were treated by function training, experimental group were treated by traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation and function training, the effect of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment effect rate of experimental group was 97.87%, which was higher than that of control group, 83.69%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with functional exercise can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
