中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicinein the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨糖尿病肾病使用中西结合治疗的临床效果。方法 2015年1月—2016年1月我院对糖尿病肾病患者66例进行了分组,对照组和观察组均有33例,对照组患者接受西药治疗,观察组使用中西结合治疗,对两组的临床治疗效果和肾功能指标进行对比分析。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率比对照组高,结果差异存在统计学意义(90.9%vs.72.7%,P<0.05)。观察组的肾功能改善情况比对照组突出(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病使用中西结合治疗的效果比单纯西医治疗优秀,该种治疗方式对患者肾功能有保护效果,血流动力学指标改善明显。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine for diabetic nephropathy. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 66 cases of diabetic nephropathy patientsin our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 33 cases in each group, the control group received western medicine treatment, the observation group receivedcombination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, comparative analysis of two groups of clinical therapeutic effect and renal function index was carried out. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the results were statistically different（90.9% vs. 72.7%, P〈0.05）. The improvement of renal function in the observation group was more prominent than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic nephropathy is better than that of western medicine alone. This kind of treatment has protective effect on renal function of patients, and the improvement of hemodynamic indexes.
