摘要
目的分析循证护理对行同期放化疗的鼻咽癌患者降低PICC置管后发生并发症的效果。方法选取我院收治的给予PICC置管的92例鼻咽癌同期放化疗患者,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规PICC置管护理,研究组则运用循证护理,对比两组患者相关并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果研究组PICC置管相关并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将循证护理应用于PICC置管的鼻咽癌同期放化疗患者的护理中,能减少并发症的发生,提升护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effects of evidence-based nursing in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing simultaneous chemotherapy on the reduction of complications after PICC catheterization. Methods 92 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with PICC during the same period were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine PICC catheterization care, and the study group was given evidence-based care to compare the incidence and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients with related complications. Results The incidence of PICC complications in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with PICC catheter can reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction.
