摘要
目的分析精细化护理在椎间孔镜治疗椎间盘突出症手术配合的应用价值。方法选取我院2016年2月—2018年3月接受椎间孔镜治疗的36例椎间盘突出症患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组18例应用精细化护理,对照组18例应用常规护理。结果观察组舒适度高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在椎间孔镜治疗椎间盘突出症手术配合中应用精细化护理,能够提高患者的舒适度,降低并发症的发生率。
Objective To analyze the application value of meticulous nursing in the operation coordination of intervertebral foramen forthe treatment of intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods 36 cases of intervertebral disc protrusion were selected in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 18 cases in the observation group were treated with meticulous nursing, and 18 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing. Results The comfort degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of intervertebral disc protrusion, intervertebral foramen with meticulous nursing can improve the patient＇s comfort and reduce the incidence of complications.
