两种方法皮下注射依诺肝素钠的临床调研报告

目的研究两种不同方法皮下注射依诺肝素钠的效果。方法选取120例次行腹壁皮下注射依诺肝素钠的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各60例次,对照组采用抽取药液并进行排气后皮下注射,实验组抽取药液后排气至药液推至乳头处停止,重新更换针头,不再排气,并且回抽0.08 ml的空气,然后将注射器倒转,将回抽的0.08 ml的空气轻弹至注射器活塞端处后进行注射。结果实验组注射方法皮下出血的发生率低于对照组,经统计学分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论注射器内含空气注射法可有效降低依诺肝素钠皮下出血的发生。

Objective To study the effect of two different methods of subcutaneous enoxaparin. Methods 120 cases underwent abdominal subcutaneous injection of enoxaparin were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 60 cases in each group, control group was given extract medicine and subcutaneous injection of exhaust, experimental physic stop on the exhaust to the solution to the nipples, replace needles, no longer exhaust, and withdrawing 0.08 ml of the air, then syringe upside-down, pulling back to 0.08 ml flick to the syringe piston air after the end of the injection. Results The incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference of statistical analysis was significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The syringe containing air injection method can effectively reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage with enoxaparin sodium.
