PDCA循环在急诊手术室护理管理中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle in Nursing Management of Emergency Operating Room

目的探讨在急诊手术室护理管理中PDCA循环管理的应用效果。方法选取2016年5—8月我院接收的行急诊手术126例患者作研究组,给予PDCA循环管理法;另选取2016年1—4月开展PDCA循环法前我院接收的126例患者作为参照组,观察两组应用效果。结果实施后的手术室综合评分情况高于实施前;研究组的手术室不良事件发生率低于参照组;参照组人员的护理满意度率低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论在急诊手术室护理管理中开展PDCA循环管理,既能提升手术室护理质量,还能减少手术室不良事件的发生,提升患者满意度。

Objective To study the application effect of PDCA circular management in the nursing management of emergency operating room. Methods 126 cases of emergency surgery received in our hospital from May to August 2016 were regarded as research group and PDCA circular management method was given. In addition, 126 patients received in our hospital before the PDCA circulation method was carried out in January and April 2016 were selected as reference groups to observe the effects of the two groups. Results The comprehensive score of operating room washigher than before. The incidence of adverse events in the operating room of the research group was significantly lower than that of the reference group. The nursing satisfaction rate of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the study group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PDCA circular management in the nursing management of emergency operating room can not only improve the quality of nursing in the operating room, but also reduce the occurrence of adverse events in the operating room and increase the satisfaction of patients.
