6S管理模式应用于临床护理管理中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of 6S Management Mode Applied in Clinical Nursing Management

目的探究6S管理模式应用于临床护理管理中的效果。方法选取本院2017年1月—2018年1月参与本次试验的22名医护人员,开展此次试验。所有患者于2017年1—7月开展常规护理,于2017年7月—2018年1月开展6S管理模式,观察对比6S管理模式应用于临床护理管理中对护理质量及护理满意度的影响。结果 6S管理模式实施后基础护理、病房护理、感染护理、治疗室护理、护理安全评分、医务人员服务态度、健康教育情况、医务人员仪表仪态、护理能力、住院环境评分均高于实施前,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 6S管理模式应用于临床护理管理中可提高护理质量,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of 6 S management model in clinical nursing management. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 22 same medical personnel who participated in this experiment were selected to carry out this experiment. and the effect of 6 S management mode on nursing quality and nursing satisfaction was applied in clinical nursing management. Results After the implementation of 6 S management mode, basic nursing, ward nursing, infection therapeutic nursing, nursing, nursing safety ratings, staff service attitude, health education, medical staff instrument manners, nursing ability score, hospital environment were higher than the previous, there was statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion 6 S management model can improve nursing quality and improve patient satisfaction in clinical nursing management.
