PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的应用效果观察及研究

Observation and study on application effect of PFNA internal fixation for treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur

分析PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的应用效果,选择2016年1月—2017年1月我院收治的100例股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象。对照组使用DHS治疗,观察组使用PFNA内固定治疗。观察组的不良反应发生率明显较低,P<0.05。观察组的治疗效果明显较好,P<0.05。两组病患的骨折康复时间无明显差异,P>0.05。观察组在手术时间、出行行走时间明显较短,P<0.05。术中出血量明显较低,P<0.05。在相同条件下,对于股骨粗隆间骨折者,使用PFNA治疗,能明显提升治疗效果,安全性强,能在短时间内完成手术。

To analyze the application effect of PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur. It selected 100 patients treated with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 as the research object. The control group was treated with DHS,and the observation group was treated with PFNA internal fixation. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower,P〈0. 05. The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better,P〈0. 05. There was no significant difference in recovery time of fracture between two groups,P〈0. 05. The observation group had significantly shorter operating time and walking time,P〈0. 05. The amount of intraoperative blood loss was significantly lower,P〈0. 05.Under the same conditions,for femoral intertrochanteric fractures,the use of PFNA treatment can significantly improve the treatment effect and can complete surgery in a short time.
