防渗漏施工是指针对屋面防水和空间功能的防水,屋面防水要考虑到防渗漏和排水系统,这样才能确保整体建筑结构体系的稳定,并为后续功能的拓展打下良好基础;空间功能防水是指卫生间、厨房、地下室等频繁用水与接触水的空间,主要防水措施停留在地下防水层的铺设和排水道的构建。依据以上防渗漏的施工方向,确定相应的技术和措施,才能保障整体防渗漏工作的落实。
