职场沟通视域下商务翻译人才培养模式研究

Research on talent training mode of business translation in the perspective of workplace communication

随着国际商务交往日益增多,社会对商务英语翻译人才的需求也在不断加大。商务翻译人才作为复合型外语人才,在处理日常商务翻译工作过程中,除了要具备扎实的外语语言知识、熟练的翻译技能和较为完备的商务知识外,还需具备良好且高效的职业沟通能力。职场沟通能力的高低会直接影响商务翻译员的工作表现。本文针对如何培养出合格且具有高效职场沟通能力的商务翻译人才进行了分析和研究,以期全面提高商务翻译人才的综合能力。

With the increasing number of international business contacts,the demand for business English translators is also increasing. Business translation talents,as compound foreign language talents,are required to have good and effective professional communication skills in addition to having a solid foreign language knowledge,skilled translation skills,and relatively complete business knowledge in the process of daily business translation. The level of workplace communication can directly affect the performance of business translators. This article analyzes and researches how to cultivate qualified business translators with high-performance workplace communication skills, in order to comprehensively improve the comprehensive ability of business translators.
