The number of impoverished students in colleges and universities has been increasing year by year. How to solve their psychological problems is an important task that educators face. After investigating and studying the main psychological problems of the poverty-stricken colleges and universities and in-depth exploration of their causes,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed and the conclusions are summarized.
