城市化的快速发展,使我国建筑行业取得了突飞猛进的发展。工程建设是我国的重点发展项目,它直接关系到国家经济利益,同时影响着人们的生活水平。近年来,虽然我国工程建设有了进一步的突破,但目前来看,在工程建设管理方面还是存在很多问题,参与人员众多,工程施工进度难以控制,工程建设管理体系尚不完善,增加了建筑工程管理的难度。本文针对工程建设管理存在的问题及应对措施进行详细分析,阐述实施工程建设管理的重要性,找到工程建设管理中存在的问题,并提出完善工程建设管理的措施,建立健全工程建设管理制度,提高施工人员的责任意识和安全意识,提升工作人员的综合素质,以促进我国工程建设管理水平的提高。

The rapid development of urbanization has made China＇s construction industry a leaps and bounds.Engineering construction is a key development project in China. It is directly related to the national economic interests and affects people＇s living standards. In recent years,although China ＇s engineering construction has made further breakthroughs,and there are still many problems in engineering construction management. There are many participants,the construction progress of the project is difficult to control,the engineering construction management system is still not perfect,and the construction project is added. This paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures of engineering construction management in detail,expounds the importance of implementing engineering construction management,finds the problems existing in engineering construction management,and proposes measures to improve engineering construction management, establish and improve engineering construction management system, and improve the construction personnel＇s sense of responsibility and safety awareness enhance the overall quality of the staff to promote the improvement of China＇s engineering construction management level.
