我国煤炭产业转型的现状及对策研究——以煤炭资源型城市淮南市为例

Study on the Situation and Countermeasures of China's Coal Industry Transformation Development——Taking Coal Resource-based City Huainan as an Example

近年来,随着我国供给侧结构性改革及去产能、去库存工作的持续推进、社会可持续发展观念的深入,煤炭资源型城市的煤炭产业转型势在必行。以典型的煤炭资源型城市——淮南市为例,深入分析目前我国煤炭产业现状、制约煤炭产业转型的因素,并提出针对性的解决对策,供其他煤炭资源型城市参考。

In recent years, with the structural reform of supply side in our country, continuous promotion of capacity and inventory removal, and the deepening of the concept of social sustainable development, the transformation of coal industry in coal resource-based cities is imperative. Taking the typical coal resource-based city, Huainan, as an example, the present situation of China＇s coal industry and the factors that restrict the transformation of the coal industry are deeply analyzed, and the countermeasures are put forward to provide reference for other coal resource-based cities.
