摘要
介绍空压机余热回收系统在安庆铜矿螺杆式空压机上的应用情况以及空压机余热回收用于工人洗浴系统设计方案,并对改造进行了节能计算。结果表明,采用空压机余热回收系统既能满足安庆铜矿工人洗浴要求而且节约了原安庆铜矿空气源加热洗浴用水所消耗的电能,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper describes the application of waste heat recovery system of air compressor in screw air compressor of Anqing copper mine and the design scheme of air compressor heat recovery for worker bath system.The result shows that waste heat recovery system of air compressor can not only meet the bath requirement of Anqing copper mine worker, but also saves electrical energy consumed by air-sourced heating bath water in the original Anqing copper mine, with good economic and social benefits.
