摘要 对陶瓷材料进行了介绍,针对其促进氧化锆陶瓷在电厂除灰阀门耐磨部件制作中应用的特点,分析了电厂除灰阀门耐磨部件的加工工艺并详细描述了制作方法,利用对比的方式体现了氧化锆陶瓷材料制作电厂除灰阀门耐磨部件的优势。 This paper discusses the ceramic materials. In view of the application characteristics of the zirconia ceramic in the production of the wear-resistant parts of the ash removal valve in power plant, the processing technology of the wear-resistant parts of the power plant is analyzed and the manufacturing method is described in detail. By contrast, the advantages of zirconia ceramic materials for making wear-resistant parts of ash removal valves power plant are in demonstrated.
