This paper introduces the basic situation of W22701S fully mechanized mining face, including position,thickness of coal seam, coal seam structure, and researches on the inclined mining of W22701S working face, differen tiates the inclined mining and the normal mining, and then expounds the effect of the inclined mining of the W22701S working face. The technology of inclined mining improves the economic efficiency of mine and reduces the threat of mine safety production, which has certain practical value.
