摘要
培养具有高素质小学师资是适应社会发展、与国际教师教育有机接轨的必然趋势。韩国与中国同属东北亚儒教文化圈,都深受儒家思想的影响,有尊师重教的传统。中韩小学教师职前培养在培养机构、培养目标、课程设置、资格制度等各有特点。韩国提高小学教师社会地位和学历水平、重基础、重实践、重能力培养措施值得国内高校借鉴。
It is an inevitable trend to train qualified primary teachers to adapt to social development and integrate with international teachereducation. Both South Korea and China belong to the northeast Asian Confucian cultural circle, which are deeply influenced by Confucianism and have always attached importance to respecting teachers and re-teaching hardships. A comparative analysis of pre-service training institutions, training objectives, curriculum and eligibility system of primary and secondary school teachers in China and South Korea shows that primary school teachers in China and South Korea have theirown pre-service training features. Some measures in South Korea such as improving the social status of primary school teachers and academic qualifications, emphasis on basis and practice and capacity training are worth learning for domestic universities.
