摘要
经过近20年的研究与实践,小学教育本科专业形成了高中起点四年制综合培养、分科培养和中间培养三种人才培养模式和初中起点六年制"二·四"分段人才培养模式,人才培养模式在理论与实践上取得了重大成果,但也存在诸多问题。根据小学教育专业定位、小学教师专业标准和小学教育发展实际,改革目前的小学教育本科专业人才培养模式,需要进一步明确专业人才培养目标、完善专业才培养内容、改进专业人才培养策略、健全专业人才培养制度和加强专业人才培养评价等。
Throughout 20 years’ research and practice, undergraduate program of primary education has constructed two types of talents cultivation models. One refers to the models in the four-yearundergraduate programs afterreceiving seniormiddle school education, which include the comprehensive cultivation model, the branch cultivation model and the intermediate cultivation model. The otherrefers to the model in the six-yearundergraduate programs afterreceiving juniormiddle school education, which is called the "2 plus 4"cultivation model. The models have made great achievements both in theory and in practice. There are still many problems needed to be solved at the same time. Based on the cultivation orientation of specialty of primary education, the professional standards of primary teachers and the current situation of primary education, it is supposed to focus on elements of talents cultivation models, which include objectives, content, strategies, system and evaluation of talents cultivation.
