摘要
培养农村小学全科教师,是近年来我国针对目前农村小学师资缺乏和农村小学师资学科结构失衡问题而提出的一项新的教育举措。若全科教师美术素养缺失,便不能叫全科性,学科失衡的问题得不到解决,国家实施此政策的目的也不可能完全达到。基于《全日制义务教育美术课程标准》的视角,农村小学全科教师美术素养的提高需要采取多种手段:转变教育观念、掌握相关知识、掌握基本技法和技能、改变教学方式、开发利用教学资源。
All-subject teachertraining is a new measure to solve the problem of teaching faculty lack and structure imbalance in rural primary schools of China. Art cannot be absent in all-subject teachertraining, otherwise the structure imbalance of teaching faculty cannot be solved and the national policy cannot achieve its goals completely. According to the National Art Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education, to improve the art competence of all-subject teachers, such measures can be taken as change of educational concept and teaching methods, training of basic knowledge and skills, developing and utilizing teaching resources, etc.
