湖南地区中学生体质健康现状分析研究

Analysis on the Health Status of Middle School Students in Hunan Province

采用文献法、数理统计法对湖南地区的部分中学生体质健康测试成绩进行分析,结果显示:湖南地区中学生体质健康测试结果达到《标准》的基本要求,其中优秀、良好、不及格人数均偏少,而合格人数占测试结果的一半,同时,身体素质的发展呈现不均衡现象,上肢力量和腹部力量相对其他身体素质的测试结果处于不理想的状态。

By the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, the health status of middle school students in Hunan province is analyzed. The result shows that the health status of middle school students in Hunan area can meet the basic requirements of The Standard, with half＂pass＂, less＂excellent＂,＂good＂and＂failure＂. At the same time, development of the body shows unbalanced phenomenon, which is demonstrated in the less powerful upperlimb and abdominal strength.
