摘要
针对传统化工过程诊断方法计算能力较低、诊断精度较差的问题,提出一种基于云计算和简化粒子群算法的新型诊断方法:利用云计算技术充分调度高性能计算资源,完成大量化工过程变量的远程存储与计算;利用简化粒子群算法完成化工过程故障的精确诊断.实验结果表明,提出的方法不仅可以提升故障诊断精度和速度,而且可以有效解决大规模数据的快速处理.
A novel fault diagnosis method based on cloud computing and simplified partial swarm is proposed to improve the low computing power and poor accuracy of the traditional diagnosis method:the cloud computing is used to schedule high-performance computing resource,then the remote storage and calculation of large quantities of chemical process variables are realized;the simplified partial swarm algorithm is adopted to achieve the precise diagnosis of chemical process.Experimental results show that the proposed fault diagnosis method can not only enhance precision and speed,but also solve the fast processing of large scale data.
