摘要
高精度角位移传感器对于现阶段社会在许多行业都有着广泛的应用,其测量精度的好坏,对应用效果有着直接的影响,而电子测试仪器在测量过程,受许多因素的影响,不可避免的产生误差,影响了测量结果。因此,对于角位移传感器的误差分析和校正,具有非常重要的意义。建立了一种位移解算模型,实现测量误差的修正。
High precision angular displacement sensor is widely used in many industries at the present stage. Its measurement accuracy has a direct impact on the application effect, and the electronic test instrument is influenced by many factors in the process of measurement, which inevitably produces errors and affects the measurement results. Therefore, it is very important for error analysis and correction of angular displacement sensor. A displacement solution model is established to correct the measurement error.
