摘要
本文以某电厂循环水系统的组态设计为切入点,阐述了循环水系统循环水泵与出口液控蝶阀联锁的设计思路;介绍了泵、门控制逻辑的组态技巧;实现了循环水系统启停的自动程控功能。通过对调试期间发现的问题的介绍,梳理出相关逻辑组态的关键环节,给出了合理有效的优化方案。最终达到控制策略的严谨,逻辑组态的正确。本文旨在通过对循环水系统的控制策略和控制逻辑的讲解,给出合理完善的设计模板。
This paper taking the configuration design of the circulating water system of a power plant as the breakthrough point, expounds the design idea of the interlocking of circulating water circulating water pump and the outlet liquid controlled butterfly valve, and introduces the configuration techniques of the control logic of the pump and door, and realizes the automatic program control function of the starting and stopping of the circulating water system. The purpose of this paper is to give a reasonable and perfect design template by explaining the control strategy and control logic of the circulating water system.
