摘要 在微电网系统分层控制结构中,微电网中心控制器(MGCC)是保证微电网稳定运行的重要设备。研究MGCC对推动微电网发展具有重要意义。通过MGCC实现对微电网的有效管理和控制,重点在于控制策略和能量管理控制装置。在微电网系统硬件结构上,将控制功能分散到分布式电源、负荷、储能单元各个微电网元件,并由MGCC负责集中控制和调度。同时,提出了一种MGCC控制策略,以实现微电网稳定运行及效益的最大化,并保障微电网并/离网状态的无缝切换。针对深圳职业技术学院交直流混合微电网工程,在并网运行、离网运行以及并/离网运行切换三种运行模式、多种运行工况下,对该控制策略进行了在线测试。测试结果证明了MGCC控制策略对微电网系统的有效性与可行性。该控制策略能对微电网中的分布式电源、储能装置、本地负荷等进行有效的协调控制,实现系统稳定、安全、经济运行。 In the hierarchical control structure of microgrid system,microgrid central controller( MGCC) is an important equipment to ensure the stable operation of the microgrid,it is of great significance to research MGCC for promoting the development of microgrid. Through the MGCC to achieve effective management and control of the microgrid,the focus is on control strategies and energy management control devices. In the hardware structure of the microgrid system,the control function is distributed toeach microgrid component: the distributed power,load,and energy storage unit,while the MGCC is responsible for centralized control and dispatching. In addition,a MGCC control strategy is proposed to achieve the stable operation of microgrid and maximize the benefits,to ensure the seamless switching between grid-connected and grid-disconnected states. Aiming at the AC/DC hybrid microgrid project in Shenzhen Polytechnic,this control strategy is tested online under three operating modes: grid-connected operation,griddisconnected operation and grid-connected/disconnected switching. The test results show that the control strategy of MGCC is effective and feasible for the microgrid system. The control strategy can effectively and coordinated control the distributed power,energy storage devices and local loads in the microgrid,to realize the stable,safe and economical operation of the system.
