摘要
以无烟煤为原料的民用型煤为研究对象,考察单钙基助剂以及钙铁复合助剂的固硫效果。结果表明,在单钙基助剂情况下,无烟煤的固硫率最高达到57.02%;钙铁复合助剂较单独钙基固硫效果有所提升,其机理主要是铁系助剂在反应过程既充当催化剂,又充当中间载体作用,且Fe_3O_4效果优于Fe_2O_3,加入Fe_3O_4固硫增幅达50.2%,加入Fe_2O_3固硫增幅为15.2%。民用锅炉试烧排放结果验证了小试结果的准确性,可进一步指导民用型煤工业化生产配方。
The anthracite as raw material for civilian coal was studied. The effect of solid sulfur on single calcium base and calcium iron composite auxiliaries was investigated. The result showed that the solid sulphur rate of anthracite was up to 57. 02% in the case of mono-calcium auxiliaries. The effect of calcium and iron composite auxiliaries was improved,that is because the iron system auxiliaries acted as catalysts and intermediate carriers in the reaction process,and the effect of Fe3O4 was better than that of Fe2 O3,the increase of Fe3O4 solid sulfur was 50. 2%,and the increase of Fe2 O3 solid sulfur was 15. 2%. The accuracy of the test results is verified by the civil boiler test,which can further guide the industrial production formula of civilian coal.
