摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备堇青石基微晶玻璃,通过考察不同的TiO_2掺杂量和煅烧温度,利用XRD、SEM进行表征,分析堇青石基微晶玻璃晶相的变化趋势。结果表明,当煅烧温度为1 200℃,TiO_2掺杂量为4%时,堇青石结晶度达到最大值,为92.76%。
The cordierite-based glass-ceramics were prepared by sol-gel method,investigation of different calcination temperature and the amount of doped TiO2. The crystallographic properties of cordierite-based glass-ceramics were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that when the calcination temperature is1 200 ℃ and the TiO2 doping content is 4%,the crystallinity of cordierite reaches 92. 76%.
