摘要
低分子量海藻酸盐具有无毒、易水溶、胶体性能好和生物活性高等优点,在农业生产、食品加工和药剂开发领域展现出广泛的应用前景。从物理降解、化学降解和生物降解三个方面对低分子量海藻酸盐制备方法的研究现状进行了概述,并简单介绍了其应用,同时就其发展趋势和存在的问题进行了简要评述。
Low molecular weight alginate has been widely used in agriculture production,food processing and pharmaceutical development owing to its unique advantages,such as nontoxicity,solubility,good colloidal property and high biological activity. The research progress of the preparation method of low molecular weight alginate from three aspects of physical degradation,chemical degradation and enzyme degradation was summarized,and their applications were briefly introduced. Meanwhile,its development tendency and problems were briefly reviewed,too.
