本文提出并探讨了基于低影响开发模式LID(Low Impact Development)理念的海绵城市的概念,详细介绍了城市雨洪模拟技术和LID措施优化技术,并通过应用实例进行验证。结果表明:海绵城市的规划与创建有利于城市水资源合理利用和水生态持续发展,可加快推进我国城镇化建设和城市圈的现代化开发与可持续发展。

The sponge city concept,planning method and technique based on Low Impact Development model concept are proposed and discussed in the paper. Core concepts of sponge cities are deeply analyzed,including rainwater and flood joint control,elastic ecology,low carbon city,LID,etc.,and it is proposed that the planning and construction of sponge city are inseparable from ecological cities,wisdom cities and similar theories. Results show that the planning and construction of sponge city are beneficial for rational utilization of urban ater resources and water ecological sustainable development,and accelerating the implementation of urbanization construction in our country,modern development of urban circle and sustainable development.
