浅谈北京市健康饮水与公众参与的关系

Brief discussion on the relationship between Beijing healthy drinking water and public participation

本文以北京市"健康饮水大行动"为基础,分析检测了60户家庭生活用水以及净水设备出水水质,并对22种水质指标进行评价。结果显示:接收水样97%符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006),毒理性指标镉、铅和砷均未检出;源水中部分存在微量铁、锰、锌;净水设备对水质有一定影响。并据此提出应加强健康饮水宣传教育,构建公众参与型健康饮水模式。

Beijing ＇healthy drinking water campaign＇is regarded as the basis for analyzing and testing domestic water quality and the water quality from water purification equipment in 60 households in the paper. 22 water quality indicators are evaluated. The results showed that 97% of the received water samples meet＇Hygienic Standard for Domestic Drinking Water＇（ GB 5749—2006）,and no toxic indicators are detected,including cadmium,lead and arsenic. Source water partially contains trace amounts of iron,manganese and zinc. Water purification equipment has some influence on water quality. It is proposed to strengthen the promotion and education for healthy drinking water and build a public participation model for healthy drinking water.
