滨州市沾化区现代水网建设成效及问题探讨

Discussion on effectiveness and problems of modern water network construction in Zhanhua District of Binzhou

现代水网是指将水资源调配网络、防洪调度网络和水系生态保护网络"三网"有机融合,使之形成集供水、防洪、生态等多功能于一体的复合型水利工程网络体系。本文列述了"十二五"期间滨州市沾化区现代水网建设成果,分析了现代水网建设中存在的问题和不足,提出完善现代水网建设的设想。对滨州市现代水利建设具有借鉴和指导意义。

Modern water network refers to a complex water conservancy project network system on the basis of existing water conservancy engineering structure with modern water conservancy concept as guidance through building a batch of control hub projects and lake connected projects and organically integrating ＇three networks＇-water resources allocation network,flood control scheduling network and water system ecological protection network,wherein the network system integrates water supply,flood control,ecology and other functions. Construction results of modern water network in Zhanhua District during the ＇12 th five-year plan period＇are listed in the paper. Problems and defects in modern water network construction are analyzed. The idea of improving the construction of modern water network is proposed. It is of referential and guiding significance to construction of Binzhou modern water conservancy.
