摘要
当前,高等院校国际化趋势加快,多族裔共处一校情况越来越普遍,中外大学都存在大学生尽快适应非母语通用教学语言的问题。美国罗格斯大学的做法值得学习借鉴。国内类似高校应从建立非母语语言强化培训中心、建立健全族际多语言交际社团组织、列出少数民族学生通用教学语言培训服务专项等方面做出努力。
The trend of internationalization of colleges and universities is speeding up,and the situation of multi-ethnic coexistence in a school is becoming more and more common. There are problems of non-native language university students’ rapidly adapting to the general teaching language in foreign universities. Rutgers-The State University practice is worth learning. Domestic similar universities should make efforts to establish non-native language intensive training centers,set up and/or improve inter-ethnic multilingual communication organizations,and provide minority students with special training services of general teaching language.
