试析民间组织在地方教育发展中的作用——以贵州锦屏县彦洞村为个案

Analysis on the Role of Civil Organizations in the Development of Local Education——A case study of Yandong Village in Jinping of Guizhou

教育发展问题关系到一个地区长远发展的大计,没有教育的发展,就没有源源不断的人才的支持,发展只能是一句空话。在彦洞地区自然、历史等多种因素的影响下,当地的基础教育发展存在着教育水平不高、师资力量薄弱等问题,长期制约着当地的文化教育事业的发展。在这种条件下,民间组织于地方教育的发展起着重要的推动作用,也为创新少数民族地区教育机制的改革方式提供了良好的借鉴经验。

The development of education is of vital importance to the long-term development of a region,without which there will be no constant supply of talents,making the development an empty talk.In Yandong area,influenced by the many natural and historical factors,there exist low level of education and lack of teachers in the local development of basic education,which have long restricted the development of culture and education. In such situation,the civil organizations will play an important pushing role in the local education development,and provide a good experience reference to the innovation of education mechanism reform in minority areas.
