摘要
利用废弃聚酯制季铵盐表面活性剂(QAS-PET)进行印染废水的处理,探讨了pH值和投放量对废水化学需氧量(COD)去除率的影响,并将其与复配聚合氯化铝、木质素改性絮凝剂、聚丙烯酰胺和传统BWD-01季铵盐型絮凝剂的去除效果进行了对比。研究发现废QAS-PET的絮凝效果明显优于上述絮凝剂,在p H值为7、QAS-PET浓度为20mg/L时,其废水COD去除率达81.96%,并且其对中性及碱性印染废水具有较好的普适性。
The paper uses waste polyester quaternary ammonium surfactant (QAS-PET) to treat wastewater of printing and dyeing, probes into the impact of pH value and outputs on removal rate of wastewater chemical oxygen demand(COD), and makes a comparison with the removal effects of polymerizing aluminum chloride, flocculants of modified lignin, polyacryl- amide and traditional BWD-01 quaternary ammonium flocculants. The results indicate that the flocculation effect of QAS-PET is better than that of above-mentioned flocculants. The COD removal rate of wastewater can reach at 81.9%, when its pH is 7 and mass concentration of QAS-PET is 20mg/L. Otherwise, QAS-PET also has a better universality in the case of neutral or alkaline wastewater of printing and dyeing.
