摘要
以2,2′:5′,2″-三联噻吩为原料,POCl3为所合剂,HCON(CH_3)_2为甲酰化剂,通过Vilsmeier反应,合成了2,2′:5′,2″-三联噻吩-5″-甲醛,经1 H NMR、^(13)C NMR表征其结构,结果与文献报道一致.该方法简化了合成过程中的操作,产率提高了5%.
The 2,2′:5′,2″-trithiophene-5″-formaldehyde is synthesized through Vilsmeier reaction with 2,2′:5′,2″-trithiophene as raw material,POCl3 as condensating agent and HCON(CH3)2 as formylating agent.The structure is characterized by -1H NMR and -(13)C NMR while the results are consistent with the literature reports.This method simplifies the operation in the synthesis process and the yield is increased by 5 percentage points.
